Allison Bybee

Allison Bybee joined the CBS 12 team in November of 2007. Though a Missouri native, she sure loves the sun more than the snow! Allison comes to us from WTAJ-TV in Altoona, Pennsylvania where she was based in the State College bureau. She covered everything from politics to sports. Allison learned to love the Penn State Nittany Lions, even though she�s a graduate of the University of Missouri and a die-hard Missouri Tigers fan! Allison has a bachelor�s degree in Broadcast journalism and a minor in Psychology. During her undergrad years at Mizzou, Allison worked for KOMU-TV, an NBC affiliate, as a reporter and fill-in anchor. Allison is a St. Louis, Missouri native. She is thrilled to live near the beach. As a child, she only visited Florida for vacations, so to actually live here is a dream. In her free time, Allison enjoys exercising, traveling and catching up on her favorite shows.
