Thaddies Out at Atlantic

       Atlantic high is in the market for a football coach. Monday the Palm Beach County School District reassigned Andre Thaddies to an administrative position while he is under investigation for allegedly groping and biting two female student-athletes. District police arrested him and charged him with two misdemeanor counts of battery. Thaddies is scheduled to be back in court on April 8. Atlantic high plans a nationwide search for a new football coach. Basketball coach Chris Bean has been overseeing the team in an informal role. Spring practices begin in May. Bean was the Eagles’ head football coach from 2003 through ’05 and went 20-10 with three playoff appearances. Thaddies went 32-12 in his four seasons as head coach.
