Palm Beach replaced as priciest zip code by Manalapan
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The town of Palm Beach is no longer the most expensive zip code in Palm Beach County. According to real estate website www.zillow.com that honor now belongs to Manalapan.
In Manalapan, the median home is worth $616 a square foot. That's just above Palm Beach's $584 a square foot. At number three is Gulf Stream, bringing in about $371 a square foot. Ocean Ridge and Jupiter Inlet Colony round out the top five.
On the Treasure Coast, Jupiter Island blows away the competition. Homes there are worth $663 a square foot.
