Fugitive Files: Grand Theft
Crimes can happened just about anywhere and when you least expect it. And tonight in fugitive files...our partnership with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office and Crimestoppers show you one fugitive who's telling tall tales to make a quick buck at some of the area's swankiest stores.
He is a man with expensive taste. This is Ryan Bockiaro and he like to hang out at some of South Florida swankiest stores.
"Sax fifth avenue, Neiman Marcus, says Palm Beach County Sheriff's detective Victoria Miller.
He's wanted for stealing a watch from a Fort Lauderdale Neiman's worth almost 5000 dollars and pawning it Boca Raton.
"He just simply left the store. It's a 4780 dollar watch," Miller says.
She says Bockiaro has been tricking store clerks all over South Florida. And he's willing to say just about anything to get away with it like when he walked away with that watch.
"He was distracting him and the other sales clerk that was there by saying, ‘I'm a Miami Dolphins football player.' He has also said that he's a strip club owner down in South Beach," Miller says.
Now deputies want you help tracking him down.
"I believe he lives in Miami. But he also has an address in Boca Raton where his mother lives", Miller says.
