His name is Cleveland Cooley and he is a fugitive wanted for felony fraud, identity theft, and stealing upwards of 50 million dollars from a 103 year old woman.
Cooley's girlfriend, Melissa Carter was working at this Palm Beach Condo building as a house keeper for the victim. Palm Beach County Sheriff's detective Kenneth Burr says the couple hi-jacked the elderly woman's bank account by doing something the victim never did, signing up for electronic banking.

And that's exactly what happened here, says Sheriff's Detective Kenneth Burr. He's investigating this case. He says once Cooley and Carter were able to gain access to the victims bank account on-line, they started sending bank issued checks to themselves. Detective Burr says Cooley and Cater were cashing the checks at a Lake Park check cashing store. Deputies were eventually able to find Carter and arrest her, but Cooley remains on the run.
"They're in the area and I know it, I just can't pin him down where", says Burr. So take another look at Cleveland Cooley.
He's been known to hang around the Riviera Beach Area, if you've seen him call Palm Beach County Crimestoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.
You can collect up to a 1000 dollar reward without even giving your name.
