Deputy Cleared of Murder

A grand jury clears a Martin County Deputy who shot and killed a suspect last month in Jensen Beach. Investigators say deputy Jason Howard stopped a pick-up truck in June, suspecting the driver was impaired.
One of the passengers, Miguel Pablo, reportedly attacked the deputy, who then opened fire.
A grand jury found Deputy Howard's use of force justified.
