Guilty verdict in Boynton Beach Murder Trial
PALM BEACH COUNTY -- Jurors said Monday a 24-year-old man accused of murdering a rival gang member at Boynton Beach Mall Christmas Eve was guilty of second degree murder.
Wilson Pierre faces 25 years to life in prison. His sentencing is set for Dec. 23.
He is accused of being a member of the Non-Stop Zoes/B-Town Boys gang, who started a fight with Berno Charlemond and other young men police have depicted as members of the rival San Castle Soldiers gang.
According to police, shots rang out in front of Footaction USA -- while a slew of holiday shoppers looked on.
Charlemond died at mall -- six shots buried in body.
