Three arrests made after body discovered buried in Lantana

Detectives believe the body recovered Tuesday morning buried at a construction site in the 4900 block of Lantana Road is a missing person from Palm Springs.
Investigators have made three arrests in this case. Pedro Santiago-Vega is charged with murder, Freddy Silvagnoli is charged with being an accessory after the fact for helping to bury the body. Jose Ramon Ramirez is charged with armed kidnapping.
The Palm Beach County Violent Crimes Task Force said two of the suspects have cooperated with investigators and have confessed to their involvement.
Detectives are withholding the name of the deceased until the autopsy is complete.
The case is being investigated by the task force along with the Palm Springs Police Department.
