Woman struck by car while on morning walk

A 63-year-old woman was struck by a car and killed while out exercising this morning in Jensen Beach.
Investigators said Leora Dimuro was walking across Old Dixie Highway with her husband, Raymond, when she was struck by a 1997 Ford Taurus driven by Steven Kirby, 47. Investigators said Dimuro walked right into the path of the car.
No chargles will be filed against Kirby.
The rainy morning was riddled with pedestrian accidents.
In West Palm Beeach, a 14-year-old boy crossing traffic to catch a Palm Tran bus was struck at Forest Hill Boulevard and Kudza Road. The boy was transported to Delray Medical Center.
