The Let's Move Commit to Change Physical Activity Challenge is easy. Just complete 30 minutes of sustained physical activity each day and log your minutes by clicking on the image above. Any type of sustained physical activity counts. Walk, bike, jazzercize, play a game of hoops, rollerblade, garden, tap dance or perform any other type of physical activity you like.

You can log in your minutes each day, multiple times a day, as often as you want. Or you can keep track of all of your activity in a personal log then come back to our website and log your minutes at your convenience. Please use the same e-mail address throughout the campaign when you log in.

South Florida Fair Kids Mile
The South Florida Fair Kids Mile is a 12 week training program that enables kids to complete a full marathon (26.2 miles) by running approximately 2 miles per week. By doing so, kids develop the tremendous feeling of accomplishment and confidence without the high risk involved with young kids running a full marathon in one day. The program is completed in grand fashion on the first Saturday of the Fair at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach as each child is able to run the final mile of the marathon. (Kids K Race (3-6 yrs.) starts at 8 a.m. and Kids Mile Race starts at 8:30 a.m.)
Deadline to register is Dec. 2. Entry fee is $10 per child.

Which ZIP code should I use?  The ZIP code you provide us should be where you live, not where you work or perform your physical activity.

What makes up a team?  We welcome team participation.  A team can be a family, a neighborhood, a church group or place of employment or any other collection of individuals who want to participate in the challenge together.  The only requirement is that you must have at least three people on a team.  Please enter your team name each time you log in to our site.

What if I don't have a Facebook account?  You may print out the personal log here.  Write down your minutes and email your total minutes to klansing@phfpbc.org.  She will add your total minutes to the community total.  Be sure to include your ZIP code and team name if you are on one.
