Woman reportedly burned at fireworks show

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. (AP) - Officials say a handful of people
suffered injuries, heat exhaustion or dehydration at an Altamonte
Springs fireworks show.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, there were 27 reports of
various medical problems at the Red, Hot & Boom fireworks show on
Friday night, and seven people were taken to hospitals. Seminole
County fire Lt. David Williams told the newspaper that one woman
was burned when fireworks landed in the crowd, which was estimated
to be about 165,000 people.
A message left by The Associated Press for a Seminole County
Fire Department spokesman was not returned Saturday morning.
