Brother of Casey Anthony gave deposition today

The brother of Casey Anthony gave a deposition today in Orlando -- in a lawsuit suit involving Zenaida Gonzalez.

She has the same name as the woman Anthony claimed was her daughter Calyee's nanny who she also said kidnapped by Caylee.

Gonzalez says her reputation and life have been ruined because people mistake her for the nanny and she may legally change her name.

Lee Anthony's attorney says his client doesn't know anything about Gonzalez.

Casey Anthony faces murder charges in the death of her daughter.
