Breaking News: Car Flees Police, One Dead

A car that fled two West Palm Beach police officers in an unmarked car crashed, killing one person.

According to the City of West Palm Beach, the officers pulled up next to a suspicious car, the car then fled from the police. They did not chase the car.

The car went into the intersection of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd and N. Tamarind Ave and hit another car before hitting trees and coming to a stop. The driver of the car fleeing police died and the car's passenger was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, and arrested. Police said a gun was found in the suspicious car.

The people in the car hit by the suspicious vehicle had minor injuries.
