Toilet Seat Arrest

A bizarre case out of Fort Pierce.
A couple is out of jail this morning. Their arrest involving the boyfriend smoking crack and the girlfriend hitting him with a toilet seat.
Police say Kimberlee Cole found Joel Goldsmith smoking cocaine in their bathroom.
She says when tried to stop him, he refused, so Police say she hit him with the toilet seat.
Police charged Goldsmith with cocaine possession.
Cole faces a battery charge.
