UPDATE: Deadly Hit & Run in Delray Beach

Delray Beach Police Investigators have located the vehicle suspected to have been involved in the fatal hit and run crash at 4700 Linton Bv. last Saturday night on January 3, 2009.

The vehicle, a late model Lexus RS 350 was located today at a body shop in West Palm Beach. No one has been identified yet as a driver of the vehicle. 

Investigators are currently following numerous leads in this case in an attempt to identify who was in fact driving this SUV at the time of the crash.

A CBS 12 crew is headed to the scene of a deadly hit and run in Delray Beach.  It happened in the 4800 hundred block of Linton Blvd. in front of a development called Hammock Reserve.  We're still working on getting you details.  Right now we know witnesses saw a person laying the middle of the road and called police.  Police say they have recovered a piece of the car.  Tune into CBS 12 News at 11:00 for the latest.
