Forever Family: Manny gets furniture

A deserving youth received furnishings from El Dorado Furniture in celebration of their 45th Anniversary.
Here's the story in their own words.
 
Manny Oliver: I was in foster care since the age of nine until I aged out. When you are out there on your own for a while it is like, you know, whom do I turn to?
Alyssa, El Dorado: We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and we wanted to give back to the community. So we decided lets help out people in need.
Liz Quirantes, CBS12 News: What are your furniture needs right now?
Manny: Basically it is just the living room set, bedroom set.
Liz: Have you ever had brand new furniture?
Manny: No.
Liz: I have a surprise for you.
Manny: What is going on?
Liz: You won!
Manny: Thank you! I am so excited! Oh thank you so much!
Alyssa: He was pretty much in an empty house.
Liz: It is a good day!
Designer, El Dorado: Tell me a little bit about your taste. About what kind of furniture would you like? And you can select the pieces that you like the most.
Manny: I feel wonderful and I would just like to thank Forever Family for referring me to El Dorado.
Alyssa: It's just makes you feel very good. You appreciate what you are doing for people who are in need of furniture.
Manny: Thank you Forever Family and El Dorado! I am forever thankful for this this is really nice I love it!
