NEW YORK (AP) -- Donald Trump says he's a man who hardly ever apologizes. But the head of Fox News Channel says the GOP presidential candidate owes one to his employee, Megyn Kelly. Trump went off on Kelly after she returned from vacation to do her show Monday night. Trump tweeted that he liked Kelly's show better when her replacement was on. He also criticized her handling of an interview and suggested she wasn't up on the immigration issue. Roger Ailes says Trump's latest attack is "as unacceptable as it is disturbing." Other Fox hosts have stepped up to defend Kelly, who drew Trump's ire for questioning him about his harsh words about women during the first GOP presidential debate.

DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) -- Apparently fighting with one news organization isn't enough for Donald Trump. He's now on the outs with Univision. He got into an extended argument with a news anchor from the Spanish-language TV network. Jorge Ramos challenged Trump yesterday at a campaign event in Iowa, asking him about his immigration policy. Trump told Ramos to -- quote -- "go back to Univision." He also had his security people escorted from a news conference -- a move Trump said was made because he hadn't called on Ramos to ask any questions.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The ball is now in the court of prosecutors in Los Angeles -- when it comes to whether Caitlyn Jenner will be charged in a highway wreck that killed a woman earlier this year. The District Attorney's office has received the evidence collected by the LA Sheriff's Office about the Feb. 7 crash on the Pacific Coast Highway. Now that the case has been formally presented, prosecutors will determine whether Jenner will be charged. No timetable on when the DA's office will decide what -- if any charges -- Jenner will face. The crash occurred before Jenner, who was born Bruce Jenner, announced that she is transgender.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- As the saying goes, often the only constant is that's there's change. That seems to be the motto for "The View." The show is again shuffling the people who sit around the desk of the ABC daytime talk show. Joy Behar is coming back. She was on the show for the first 16 seasons. She will join returning moderator Whoopi Goldberg and co-hosts Raven-SymonT and Michelle Collins. Among the newcomers to the show will be Candace Cameron Bure and Paula Faris.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- When Joe Brown was a TV judge, he had his way in his studio courtroom. But he's finding that things are a little different in the real world of jurisprudence. The Tennessee Supreme Court has ruled it won't hear Brown's appeal of his contempt of court jail sentence. In a one-sentence ruling, the justices upheld a 5-day stint Brown got for an outburst last year in Shelby County Juvenile Court. While representing a client, Brown challenged the authority of the judge handling the case, calling the proceedings "a circus." If Brown doesn't seek a rehearing, a judge will determine how he will have to serve that sentence.

PARIS (AP) -- Last week, he was a 23-year-old college student making a trek through Europe before buckling down for his next semester in school. But now that he helped take down a would-be gunman on a Paris-bound train, Anthony Sadler is getting the hero treatment. Two nights ago, he got to attend the Paris premiere of the N.W.A movie "Straight Outta Compton" -- which is the top movie here in the U.S. He says these days he feels like he's in a dream -- but hopes to settle down before classes start next week.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Older viewers of "The Tonight Show" could be forgiven if they thought they were having flashbacks last night. The show was in Los Angeles and the band was playing the show's old theme -- the one when Johnny Carson hosted. And the man with the trumpet at his lips was the show's old music director, Doc Severinsen. But no need to check your meds -- the current Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon, is doing a week of shows in LA. And Severinsen was asked to sit in with The Roots, Fallon's musical crew. Fallon took the opportunity to poke fun at some of Severinsen's old outfits. After Fallon displayed a photo of the trumpeter in a feather-laden getup, Severinsen joked that a chicken had exploded near him.

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (AP) -- Julianne Moore says it's sad that her old high school in Northern Virginia still carries the name of a Confederate general. And the actress is teaming up with a Hollywood producer -- and former classmate -- Bruce Cohen to change that. She has launched an online petition to remove J.E.B. Stuart's name from the school -- and rename it after former Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall. Moore tells The Washington Post it's a shame the school is named after someone who fought to keep other humans enslaved. So far, the petition on has received nearly 30,000 signatures. Moore and Cohen attended the Stuart High in the late `70s.
