Sunset Catamaran Cruise - Friday from 6-7:30 p.m.

Discover the delights of an evening cruise aboard the Hakuna Matata. Enjoy dinner on the luxurious catamaran while cruising the calm waters of the Lake Worth Lagoon. Leaves from the Riviera Beach Marina.

4th of Flagler - Saturday from 5-10 p.m.

Let Freedom Ring at 4th on Flagler 2009! This free event is the area’s biggest and best 4th of July celebration featuring two stages of entertainment, an All-American kid’s area, food and refreshments. Held on Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.

Fireworks and Food Fest - Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

A fun cookout with fireworks, music by Bluegrass Bend. Held at the Lakeside Presbyterian Church in West Palm Beach.

4th of July Megabash with Florida's tribute to Journey - Saturday from 6-11 p.m.

The largest Fourth of July Event in Palm Beach County. Baseball, a huge fireworks display, and at 9:30 p.m., a special Concert — A tribute to the music of Journey with Florida’s own highly acclaimed Premier Journey Tribute Band. Held at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter.

4th of July Celebration - Saturday at 8 p.m.

There is no better place than the Flagler Museum to enjoy the fireworks display over Lake Worth on the Fourth of July. Members at the Sustaining level and above are invited to enjoy lemonade and ice cream while watching the Fourth of July fireworks. Held at the Flagler Museum.

Tropic Fest - Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Celebrate Independence Day and the city of Lake Worth's birthday with family fun, great live music, and a spectacular fireworks display. 12,000 attendees expected. Held at Bryant Park in Lake Worth.

Boca Raton's Fabulous 4th - Saturday at 6 p.m.

Put on your best red, white, and blue for a “FABULOUS FOURTH” and be the guests of the City of Boca Raton as it salutes Independence Day with stirring patriotic music, spectacular fireworks, and tasty food. Held at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

2nd Annual July 4th Concert & Fireworks - Saturday 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation's 2nd Annual Concert and Fireworks event featuring music by the CK Swing Band. The event will run from 6:30-9:30 PM with fireworks scheduled at 9:00 p.m. Held at the Sunset Cove Amphitheater.

July 4th Celebration - Saturday at 9 p.m.

Live band Mighty Quinn. Most patriotic baby contest. Fireworks 9 p.m. Trolley service available. Call (561) 540-5000. Held at the Lantana Bicentennial Park.

Barbie's 50th Birthday Party - Sunday at 10 a.m.

March 2009 will mark the 50th birthday of the world famous Barbie® Doll. The public and Barbie Doll collectors are invited to participate in an anthropological history exhibit organized by the Museum of Lifestyle & Fashion History at the Museum of Lifestyle and Fashion History
in Delray Beach.
