Man arrested after attacking another at Olive Garden

BOYNTON BEACH---A man was arrested after attacking another man at an Olive Garden in Boynton Beach.
Reports say 36-year-old Paul Blankfield began complaining about noise from children at the other table. He confronted the father of the children and is accused of punching him in the neck.
Police say Blankfield told them he did this because the man's autistic child had disturbed his dining experience.
