Another arrest made in slain Fla. couple's murder, more evidence surfaces
There is new substantial evidence in the murders of the North Florida couple who cared for 16 children.
Another person is now under arrest. Wealthy realtor, Pamela Wiggins, has been charged with accessory after the fact.
She is friends with one of the gunmen and rented him a home.
In fact, records show the safe stolen from the Billings home was found in the backyard of a home that Wiggins owned.
She also owned a red van captured on surveillance video pulling up to the couple's home the night of the murder. But authorities won't say if she knew anything about the plan to rob Melanie and Byrd Billings.
Authorities say the seven men had trained for a month to carry out the robbery but something went wrong when they got inside.
The Billings were shot to death as several of their adopted children were inside.
In addition to the safe, authorities have also recovered several weapons used during the crime.
Authorities are still looking for at least one more accomplice who they believe failed his assignment to disable the house's surveillance system.
