Shortly after his death there was a lot of confusion on whether or not Michael Jackson had a will. Today the speculation has ended.
Michael Jackson's final wishes were filed in court today. The 2002 will gives his entire estate, estimated then at a half billion dollars, to a family trust.
He names his mother Katherine as beneficiary of the trust and guardian of his three young children.
Jackson cut out ex-wife Debbie Rowe entirely and chose longtime friend Diana Ross as a back-up guardian.
