3 Inmates Mistakenly Freed from Jail: 1 Apprehended
WEST PALM BEACH, FL--- Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies are searching for two more of the three alleged "Buck Wild" gang members who were mistakenly released from jail over a paperwork mix up Tuesday.
The three gang members were all charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, racketeering and other offenses.
21-year-old James Roundtree was found and apprehended by PBSO Friday afternoon.
18-year-old Marquis Roundtree and a 17-year-old are still on the loose.
The men are throught to be armed and dangerous.
The reason the former inmates were released from jail is because of a mishap with paperwork.
The bond section for the racketeering charges was left blank accidentally.
According to Palm Beach County Sheriff's spokeswoman Teri Barbera, the jail was just following procedures.
A hearing to discuss what happened took place Friday afternoon.
Judge John Kastrenakes said he doesn't like fingers being pointed until the facts are confirmed.
He ruled to give all sides one month to figure out exactly what happened.
The State Attorney's office says the review into what happened is already underway.
