Judgement Stands for Jay Levin

Filing for bankruptcy will not get Jay Levin out of paying a $750,000 court-ordered judgment.

Levin shot and killed 16-year-old Mark Drewes after a midnight door-knocking prank.

A plea deal got him 52 weeks in jail.

Drewes' parents sued in civil court and won but haven't been able to collect.

That may change now.

A bankruptcy judge ruled a chapter- 7 filing that Levin won't be let off the hook.
