Meal Deals: Sirloin Tip Steak with Pasta
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Want to go out and eat at a restaurant but that's not in the budget? Chef David Pantone with the Florida Culinary Institute shows us how to make an expensive tasting Italian dinner on a shoe string budget. You can do it by taking a tough piece of meat like sirloin tip beef and cut it up into small pieces. You then cook the meat quickly to make it tender. Sirloin tip steak is $4.49 a pound which is still pretty inexpensive for a good piece of meat. With the addition of pasta and other ingredients this tasty meal is less than 2 dollars a serving.
