Pedestrian dies in early morning crash

A pedestrian died this morning after being hit by a car on Eastbound Southern Boulevard and D Road in Loxahatchee.

Investigators said Mario M. Tenorio-Turino, 49, died when he was struck by a Toyota Camry at about 6:15 a.m. this morning at eastbound Southern Boulevard at "D" Road, in Loxahatchee.

Police are still searching for the driver of the Camry, which is a 2000 or 2001, four-door sedan, metallic beige.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Investigator Stephan of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office with any information at 561-688-3683.
