Three Men Arrested in Dunkin Donuts Shooting Make Shocking Remarks

They took over a Delray Beach Dunkin Donuts in a take-over style robbery, leaving four people injured. But less than a week after the crime, three of the four suspects, caught on tape, sit behind bars.

Police and sheriff's deputies in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties arrested 23-year old Jonathan Jackson, 20-year old Calvin Weatherspoon, and 19-year old James Herard, and charged them with the Delray Beach robbery. They are also tied to other robberies in Broward County.

During the Novermber 26th robbery, police say the three shot four people, including an 84-year old man, who was shot in the face. The three suspects were arrested in Lauderhill. There police say, they hopped out of a white car, hit a pedestrian, and took his pitbull. It turned out that the white car was the same car, used to flee the scene of the Dunkin Donuts in Delray. After being arrested, one of the suspects even went as far as telling investigators that he had no soul.

"he said I've had no soul since five years old... And to give you an example... I can kill you two right now and it wouldn't mean anything to me... I wouldn't even care," said Sergeant Neil Glassman, with the Broward Sheriff's Office.

The staff at the Delray Beach Dunkin Donuts is now taking additional measures to prevent such a tragedy from happening again. They're installing an automatic lock, so that people can only be allowed in, if they're buzzed in from the inside. In the meantime customers who use the Dunkin Donuts say they'll make sure to be more vigilant, especially at night.

In the surveillance video taken at the DunkinDonuts, there are four men committing the crime, so at least one is still on the loose. Anyone with information about who that fourth suspects might be is asked to cal the Palm Beach County Crimestoppers at 1(800) 458-TIPS. There is a 23-thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of this other individual.

Police are also looking to see if the three men may be tied to the murder of BSO sergeant, Chris Reyka.
