Man Says Two Strangers Raped Him

A mentally challenged man says he was dragged into a home and raped. It happened at a home on Avenue G in Fort Pierce. The victim, a 20 year-old man, says he did not know the people who took him into a house late Wednesday night.

26 year-old Ranetta Burr and a 15 year-old are behind bars charged with the sexual battery and kidnapping. The victim claims he was walking by Ranetta Burr's home and ran into the 15 year-old.

He says the 2 pulled him inside and began to perform sexual acts on him and would not allow him to leave the house. The victim says when the couple was finished with him they pushed him out of a window.

When Fort Pierce Police interviewed the 15 year-old and Ranetta Burr, they told a different story. They say the victim approached the 15 year-old looking for sex. Then they went inside and all 3 engaged in some form of consensual sex acts and at some point cell phone pictures were taken of the incident.

Though the stories were conflicting, police had enough evidence and statements to conclude the victim was held against his will and forced to perform sex acts.

Both Burr and the 15 year-old remain in the St. Lucie County jail.
