PALM CITY, Fla. (AP) — A judge has ordered the former executive director of an agency for people convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs to attend the school she once ran.

Margot Cioffi was also sentenced to one year probation and $750 in fines, among other penalties.

Deputies arrested Cioffi, then executive director of Treasure Coast Comprehensive Offender Rehabilitation and Education Program, in February following a car crash.

She faced multiple charges including driving under the influence and disorderly intoxication.

She ultimately pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and driving under the influence.  Prosecutors dropped the charges of resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication.
