The recession forcing many Florida parents to make tough decisions when it comes to their children's education.  Experts say more parents in Florida and across the country are taking their kids out of private schools to save money.  Private schools are also reporting an increase in the number of families requesting financial aid.  Officials say many parents are falling behind on tuition payments.  And many are forced to switch their kids to public schools in the middle of the school year.
