Meal Deals: Chicken Parmesan Sandwich

A good example is fixing sandwiches for dinner.Chef David Pantone with the Florida Culinary Institute shows us how to make sandwiches that are cheap and feel like a complete meal. A hardy parmesan chicken sandwich will do the trick and it will only cost you $2.25 per serving.
Huge Italian Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
1 pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cut into strips
1 package Shake and Bake for chicken
Oil to cover bottom of baking pan
1 egg
1 long loaf of Cuban bread, cut lengthwise, but not all of the way through. Should still be one piece.
1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 cup shredded Italian blend shredded cheese or just shredded mozzarella cheese
Prepare the chicken as directed on the package.
Open bread, spread the insides with spaghetti sauce. Fill with cooked chicken pieces. Top with cheese. Bake in 375* oven until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
