Boynton Beach Police tell CBS 12 they have arrested someone after a weekend murder.

A 23-year-old man was killed in the 500 block of Northwest Eighth Avenue early Saturday morning.

Detectives say there was an argument between two men outside of a house and a man fired a handgun. Aaron Eugene Andrews, 21, was struck in the left arm. Andrews was standing outside of his gray Chevy Impala when he was shot.

His brother, Preston Jerome Burgess, 23, who was sitting in the front passenger's side seat of the Impala, was struck in the back of the head. Burgess died at the scene.

Detectives have arrested Justin Lamont Austin, 19, and charged him with first degree murder. He has also been charged with attempted first degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Police also charged two women with attacking the victims' sister, just minutes after the shooting.
Breona LaShay Andrews, 20, arrived on scene, in her car, a few minutes after her brothers were shot. Melissa Thomas, 41, and Trinetta Austin, 20, came out of the house and attacked Breona LaShay Andrews.

Melissa Thomas beat her with a dresser drawer as Trinetta Austin struck her with her fist. Melissa Thomas was charged with aggravated battery and taken to Palm Beach County jail.

Trinetta Austin was charged with battery and issued a notice to appear in court.
