Armed and extremely dangerous man in Riviera Beach turns self in

Eric Williams turned himself into police Wednesday night after Riviera Beach police announced that he was wanted for committing armed domestic battery, armed felony battery by strangulation, armed false imprisonment and armed sexual battery on a female victim.
