Car hits, kills man on bicycle

A 76-year-old Boynton Beach man was driving his Lexus eastbound on Boynton Beach Boulevard in the center travel lane. A man on a bicycle was attempting to cross Boynton Beach Boulevard from north to south against the traffic light, just east of the entrance to Florida's Turnpike, when the biker drove into the path of the Lexus and was hit.
The biker, identified as Fernando Rodriguez Rosario, 43, was ejected from his bicycle and was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver of the Lexus had no injuries.
