It's a win for parents, ppset that their child's bus stop was located across the street from a sexual offender.  Tonight the announcement that the bus stop will be moved by tomorrow.  It's located here in Tequesta one block away from a home at 299 Country Club Road, where the sex offender lives.  Big yellow busses descend on Palm Beach County, the end of another school day.  It's where this bus stops that has parents furious, hiding their faces as they speak out.

One said, "I truly believe that they lose certain rights, and maybe he should be in a 55 plus community not across the street from a bus stop."

An angry parent, talking about this man Alex Scholling.  For now he's back at his home here on Country Club Road, he served time for possessing child pornography.  Paula Heggman watches the kids through her window everyday, never catching anything out of the ordinary.

She said, "They get on and get off, I don't see anybody hanging around."

Here's what the school district had to say.

"While the resident lives at this location legally, according to law enforcement, and the bus stop is not required by law to be moved, at the request of parents the district is moving the bus stop."

One parent we talked to said, "I think it's unfortunate that the parents and the children need to be affected, more than him. "

We're told that the new bus stop will be two blocks away from where it is now.  Affected parents will be notified of the change, but for some that won't affect their morning ritual.

"I always walk my son to the bus stop, he's never alone," said one.

This registered sex offender, he isn't going anywhere.  However this bus stop is moving tomorrow down this street.  The school district tells us they got a lot of complaints from parents and this is how they're making it right.  The Palm Beach County Sheriff's office says this registered sex offender lived at this home before he committed his crime so he's grand- fathered in, and can stay.
