Puppies Keep 3 Yr. Old Alive in Freezing Temperatures

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

A Virginia boy was found over the weekend after he went missing. The three year old child disappeared Friday after wandering away from  his home with family puppies.  Rescuers knew it was race against time since the child had no warm clothes to protect him from the sub-freezing temperatures.

Jaylynn Thorpe was found Saturday with his pups in the woods about a half mile away from where he had last been seen. When searchers located the boy he was surrounded by the young dogs and covered up with leaves.

Emergency personnel say the warmth provided by the animals probably meant the difference between life and death.
