Lawyer: Settlement Reached In Tobias Estate

New information about the legal battle over Wall Street tycoon Seth Tobias' estate. The attorney for Tobias' wife, Filomena tells CBS 12 a settlement was reached late Friday night but declined to elaborate. Attorney Jay Jacknin says the settlement was "resolved amicably" and is "the best solution for everybody." Tobias' brothers, Samuel and Spence, have been locked in legal wranglings with Mrs. Tobias for months. ThIs after 44 year old Seth Tobias was found floating in his Jupiter swimming pool in September. The brothers claim the wife drugged her husband and lured him into the pool. But the state attorney's office found no evidence of any criminality in his drowning death. Published reports claim Tobias' estate is valued at 25 million dollars. The settlement will be brought for court approval on Monday morning in the North County Courthouse. Tobias was a regular commentator on CNBC's Squawk Box.
