RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - Riviera Beach police say 28-year-old Richard Thomas, one of two men responsible for shooting a toddler, is behind bars. 

According to investigators, on June 13, Thomas was shooting at 25-year-old Warren Dye of Riviera Beach, body that was found in the Jensen Beach Causeway last weekend.
