Mapping Underwater Coral Reefs

Today a major underwater initiative begins to map the Florida coastline.
Today, researchers with Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute In Fort Pierce launch an expedition to map and explore offshore coral reefs. They'll use unmanned, deep ocean exploration vehicles. Eventually, researchers will take what they learn and create high definition sonar maps of deep water coral reefs.
