2-year-old girl almost drowns in backyard pool

PORT ST. LUCIE --A 2-year-old girl is at an area hospital after almost drowning in a backyard pool.
Rescue workers responded to a home in the 600 block of Starfish Street at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
The little girl is expected to be OK.
